How do you use social media? Does it help you engage with your client base?

All of our digital marketing is fully integrated across channels to create a consistent and effective message. We engage our members on social media by promoting our content and opinions on relevant news. We also post the progress of various investments, post investment and area guides, and respond to questions.

What new technology/apps are you considering using?

We build all of our own technology to keep our dependency on third-parties at a minimum. It also adds value to our business by owning all of our own IP, and also allows us to be more dynamic by being able to evolve and iterate the technology as and when we need to.

What technology/apps have you been most impressed with over the past 12 months?

Not technically related to the website, but Canva, the design tool is fantastic.

What is your vision for the future? Are you looking to expand?

We are always expanding and certainly aspire to continue to do so. New members join our community each day, and we do all that we can to raise awareness of alternative investments.
