We currently have 16 employees.

What do you look for when you are recruiting?

I would say that passion, aspiration and experience are the three words that summarise what we’re looking for. We are looking for people who are smart and who get things done. We want passionate professionals with solid experience, who want to work in a world-class internet company and deliver world-class customer service. Our team is innovation-driven, committed and fun. To us, every contribution, no matter how little or big, counts, so we look for people that mirror that attitude.

What attributes are necessary in your business?

Willingness to learn, ability to adapt, love for travel, entrepreneurial spirit, discipline and proactivity. We work with a guerrilla mind-set and great teamwork skills are definitely necessary.
