What do you look for when you are recruiting?

Obviously depends on the position, but generally speaking first and foremost we’re looking for extremely driven, self motivated team players with strong entrepreneurial spirit.

What attributes are necessary in your business?

We are radically improving the way credit scoring is done by lenders, banks and non-banks. We are doing it by inventing completely new ways of credit scoring, ways of using such information in credit scoring that has not been part of it in the past. To achieve this and to continuously find new ways of doing things, the entire team has to be constantly thinking outside the current box and innovate. It’s the spirit and support for innovation that’s driving the company.
