How many employees do you have? currently has 11 employees.

What do you look for when you are recruiting?

Typically we recruit staff based on their digital and technology abilities. We firmly believe that digital technology and platforms are a fundamental part of working life, so to reflect the fast-paced environment we work in, we need employees who can keep up and even plan ahead. We recruit for attitude first and experience second. You can teach the latter but not the former!

What attributes are necessary in your business?

We launched in mid-November 2015 so we are in the early stages of building our business. We need to be able to learn and adapt quickly to ensure we constantly connect buyers with an amazing pool of skilled researchers which they have never previously had access to, while connecting agencies to new business opportunities they are well matched to win and deliver on.

What makes you a good employer to work for?

We are a team with huge experience in both the market research industry and in building global platforms, and we have a strong passion to impact the industry in a positive way. The market research industry has endured over seven years of global recession, with little or no growth during that time. If, by better connecting the industry, we can ignite more conversations, better relationships and increased volumes of world class research which drives growth back into the industry – how exciting would that be?
