How do you use social media? Does it help you engage with your client base?
Social media is key.This is something that we will be focusing on in the coming months, up until now it has been me doing this and I have limited time.We use Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.For our growth we will be driving traffic through these channels in the future.
What new technology/apps are you considering using?
I am technology challenged – wrong era I’m afraid – this I will leave up to the clever techies.
What is your vision for the future? Are you looking to expand?
My vision for the future is to establish my brand as a serious player in the Luxury Handbag and Accessory market.To have a controlled growth, strategy and distribution plan enabling Jardine of London to become a globally recognised successful British brand.

I want women to feel proud to own a Jardine of London handbag and to feel they are part of the very special Jardine of London story.
