How do you use social media?
Social media is a fantastic tool. It allows us to engage directly with our client base to offer advice and gather their feedback on our products. It is a tool which helps mobile move forward, and enables us to improve the service we offer quickly and meet customer expectation. It is an area we are planning to develop further in the coming months.
What countries do you operate in?
As an app developer we operate globally, with our apps being available in a number of different languages and can localise depending on the settings. We have apps written in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean and Japanese. We are pleased to offer a service which means any citizen from any country can download our range of travel apps.
What is your vision for the future?
As well as continually striving to grow as a business, we are always aiming to expand our range of apps to more international cities and services. We also want to extend on the deeper integration of the apps we offer by allowing users to compare multi mobile journeys as well. This will require a lot of hard work, but we have the team to make it possible.
