Tell me about your clients – who purchases your products?
We have been very fortunate that our branding and efforts have attracted the members we were hoping to appeal to. Our target demographics are professionals that are serious about dating, open minded and quite simply looking to ‘Discover new Places with New Faces’.
How do you use social media? Does it help you engage with your client base?
LINKD is a social media platform and so Social Media is an absolute must. Within marketing there is a term ‘Call to Action’. Social Media is the most effective platform for us engaging our users. If a prospective member sees a comment from a user about LINKD or reads one of our LINDKSPOTS (curated venues write-up) they are able to immediately engage and click to download us. The world is changing at an incredible pace and using products such as Twitter we are able to reach out to existing and potential new users with ease and also to learn about what people truly want. It’s a two way process.
