How do you use social media? Does it help you engage with your client base?
Most of our new business comes from referrals and happy customers. Social media is really a tool for us to communicate with other industry thought leaders, potential clients and own the online narrative of our business. It helps us engage with our client base. It also allows our staff to interact, as we have multiple locations. Another main purpose of our social media is to attract staff by giving a glimpse into our environment and social events.
What is your vision for the future? Are you looking to expand?
Connectedness through smartphones, the internet and software will continue to evolve, so the IT workplace will also continue to do so. Our goal is to make overseas staffing accessible to everybody by bridging the gap in a secure and professional way. Our aim is to grow to more than 250 full-time dedicated technical staff working with Western-based companies in the next few years. In the first quarter of 2016 we will be launching a new flagship office for Cloud Employee in Manila. This will house up to 250 people and is exciting because it will be a game changer from the perspective of how outsourcing is perceived to many. I don't want to give too much away at this stage, but it will include an inside park area, juice bars and lots of other interesting things.
