Takeaway delivery chain JustEat has recorded a 57% increase in orders to 31.5million in the three months to March 31. UK orders rose 40%. It expects full year revenues to be £358million, up from previous expectations of £350million. Underlying earnings are expected to be between £102million and £104million, up from forecasts of £98-£100million.
Premium clothes and lifestyle retailer Joules is to float on AIM in the second quarter this year. The group, with 2million customers, revenues of £116.4million and 98 UK and Irish stores, wants to fund international expansion and launching new products.
Iconic car maker Ferrari said it was driving towards a record 2016 after sales rose to a record 1,882 cars in the first quarter, up 15% on the same time last year. Profits rose 19% to £61.3million led by demand from Europe, China and the Middle East.
