AA Fleetwide Cover offers four service levels with additional Accident Management and European options.Providing 24-hour, 365-day cover, our highly trained and experienced Patrols have almost 10 years service on average. Patrol vehicles are fitted with satellite navigation systems, which help find the shortest route to Members . The service includes:
- Roadside – breakdown assistance wherever and whenever it’s needed.
- Home Start – additional assistance when the vehicle breaks down near home.
- Relay – recovery to a UK mainland destination if we are unable to fix your vehicle or arrange a prompt local repair.
- Relay Plus – Relay with alternative travel options if we cannot arrange a prompt local repair.
- Accident Management – help with vehicle recovery, repairs and processing insurance claims after accidents or vandalism.
- European Cover – breakdown and recovery options for drivers in Europe.
AA Fleet Advantage, provided in conjunction with Arval, offers easier incident management, simpler budgeting, better cost control, smoother administration – and freedom from hassle. The service includes:
- Choice of two levels of breakdown assistance to suit fleet requirements.
- Fuel purchase at around 95% of UK outlets including supermarkets, wherever the 'All Star' sign is displayed.
- The ability to pay for servicing, maintenance, tyres, batteries and exhausts, windscreen replacements and vehicle hire up to a pre-agreed limit.
- Regular reports detailing fuel costs, service/maintenance activities and monthly fees.
