Entrepreneurs get the chance to launch a fintech project during 54-hour marathon

Budding SMEs are getting the chance to create next generation personal finance apps in Geneva this weekend. The idea is to encourage entrepreneurs to launch a fintech project in 54 hours and kick-start their business idea. Anyone is welcome to pitch their business idea during the 54-hour marathon of business creation, coding, designing, and market validation.

David Hamilton, whose company eWise will allow entrants to use its patented Financial Data Aggregation API, said: “We want to give entrepreneurs the best possible start, and access to our Account Aggregation API will give participants the opportunity to change how people manage money and approach their finances. Fintech is redefining finance and Switzerland has an exciting start up culture, I’m delighted to be part of this event.”

The weekend will culminate with presentations in front of the judging panel, which includes Hamilton,  where participants will receive  feedback on their ideas.
